A.C MOTOR SPEED CONTROL SYSTEMS
Our company is serving in AC motor speed control motor area from apparatus with one entry phase of 0.25 KW to apparatus with three entry phases of 500. The Software is designed with the best performance of the family Mitsubishi which is 32 bit micro-control. In the recent apparatus, additionally to vector works, it is also possible to add torque, lap, warp and brace modules. It is easily programmable with 3 language choice in addition to Turkish.

D.C MOTOR SPEED CONTROL SYSTEMS
They are produced from 0.75 kw to 2000 kw. DC motor drivers are designed according to sont motors. According to special request it is possible to produce DC drivers according to compound or series motor.

NEW RECENT BRACE CONTROL SYSTEM
By measuring the product found in the disentangled or intertwined bobbin via load-cell, it ensures to realises correct winding thanks to PID control with the brace installed in the resolver and wrapper.
It is used in flexor, lamination, slicing, extruder and film machines. Thanks to the brace control the loss in production can be reduced to the minimum level and the quality reaches the maximum level.

EDGE CONTROL UNIT
Via the sensor of the disentangled, intertwined or cutting vertically or horizontally bobbins the sides of the product can be followed. Hence, the winding defect happened in the product can be continuously corrected. It ensures a side align with a precision of 0,01 mm.
It s used in slicing, lamination, flexor, nylon film and paper roller and redress machines.

CAMERA CONTROL SYSTEM
It ensures to control the printing made with printing press. The operator can follow the printing with a speed of 60 metre / minute. For the follow upper this speed, the control can not be realised visually.
In the camera control system, the point set in the printing realised is transmitted in a computer screen and thus the operator has the possibility to control the printing. In that manner, this enhances the quality and productivity in the production.
It is used in flexor, tifturuk and quality control machines..

REGISTER CONTROL SYSTEM
Due to the heating of products such as film paper used in printing machines as well as mechanic problems, some printing slippage can happened. In such cases, the synchronisation between the colours can be ensured by the register control system. The printing slippage can be read point via photocell with a precision of 0,01mm and a speed of 800 metre / minute; it ensures a production composed of 1 to 12 lours without giving any loss.
It is used in tifturuk and flexor machines.
