The guarantee applications
The guarantee period of Medel apparatus started from the delivery date and is valid for a period of 2 years
• You can return the product you have bought in its original packing without using it (it can be used for testing it but its authenticity must not be damaged) without demolishing/broking it within seven (7) days following the delivery date accompanied with a petition mentioning the return reason as well as the invoice.
• If you think that the products would have be damaged during the shipment you have to open and control the materials in front of the member of the cargo agency which brings you the cartons. If there is any damage about the products do not receive them and take the minutes to the cargo agency. Please do not forget that when you receive the cartons (product) it is considered that you accept that the cargo agency has completed correctly its function.
• The return of the products whose original packing is damaged or destroyed etc.. is not accepted.
• As soon as the customer receives the product, he is responsible of the indemnity of the loss of the product if one part he will return it within seven days or in other part will use it.
• Medel will not accept the return of the goods that are not returned as the original statute or has been used or whose packing has been damaged, opened, destroyed and will not pay back its value.
• After the receiving of the products, in case of failure, the customer has to contact the competent service agency of the manufacturer.
• If the product would fail during the guarantee period, the repair period will be added to the guarantee period. The repair period of the product is at the most 3 working days.
• Following the sending date of the failed products in order to be repaired, if the customer will not take them back within a period of 3 months, MEDEL ELECTRONIC will not accept any responsibility for these apparatus.
• During the guarantee period of the products, if the product would fail due to either materials and labour, or mounting errors, it will be repaired free of charge without any reclaim concerning the labour or changing part fee.
• The failures happened due to misuse or use contrary to those indicated in the use hand book, are kept out of the guarantee. |
