Rotational Cutting Systems
This program is designed for realising the cutting operations without interrupting the flux of the line such as production of corrugated cardboard, paper, carton, sheet etc...
By entering the length information from the system operator panel the cutting profile of the scissors is obtained. According to the profile obtained It realises the cutting operation by adjusting the motor line speed to its own speed. During these operations if the speed of the line would change the cutters will reply online to this changing. During the cutting the system realises it by accelerating the speed of the cutter compared to the speed of the line. In the contrary if the speed of the cutters would be lower than the speed of the line, the materials to be cut would be damaged, to prevent this problem during the cutting period the speed of the cutters must be higher than the speed of the line.
At the end of the operations made it is possible to reach 140 m/min for the lengths equal or upper to 1 meter. |
