Edge Control Systems
In a bobbin that is winding or spilling, in order to have correct winded or spilled materials, it ensures that the materials is winding or spilling from the same side.
Thanks to its easy use, it prevents the time loss to the machine operators and ensures an easy adaptation with the machine. In the apparatus, the coloured photocells that can work in analogue mode and realise sensitive measurement, were used. The thin coloured light come from the photocell is set in manner that it cuts in the middle the side line that will be controlled. The indicators of the potentiometer and motor found on the screen will be set at nearly zero value.

After taking the system on automatic mode, following the measurements realised by the apparatus, this latter ensures that the materials run in the same line by giving energy to the motor and/or valve found in the retrograde of the eluding side. It is possible to realise gain adjustment via the speed potentiometer found on the apparatus.
