Dimensional Cutting System
The installation of dimensional cutting system is realised in two manners with single or double servos.
In the applications realised, for dimensions of 1 m and upper single servo system can reach 200m/min. line speed and 250m/min. for double servos systems.
Depending also to mechanic aspect with a precision of 1m ± 0.5mm, it is possible to realise dimensional cutting applications. In these applications, the cleaver is working continuously in synchronisation with the hammer. The line speed decreases directly proportionally according to the dimension. |
